Pokemon Crystal

from $139.99

Pokémon Crystal is the third and final core series game of Generation II, originally released for the Game Boy Color. Serving as the definitive edition of the Johto region adventure, it was released one year after its predecessors, Pokémon Gold and Silver, offering players an enhanced experience with additional features and content. Unlike Gold and Silver, which were released as paired versions, Pokémon Crystal was a solitary release, often regarded as the "special" edition of the trio due to its unique elements and gameplay improvements.

Pokémon Crystal introduced several new features that set it apart from the earlier Generation II games. One of the standout additions was the ability to choose a female protagonist, marking the first time in the series that players could select their character's gender. The game also introduced the iconic Battle Tower, providing players with a new post-game challenge, and refined the day-and-night cycle for even more immersive gameplay. Another key feature was the involvement of the legendary Pokémon Suicune, which played a more prominent role in the storyline, with players having the chance to capture this majestic Water-type Pokémon.

We have multiple copies of Pokémon Crystal in stock, including versions made between 1998-1999 and those produced from 1999-2000, offering collectors and players a piece of Pokémon history from the early days of Generation II. Pokémon Crystal remains a fan-favorite due to its refined gameplay, memorable features, and its place as the ultimate version of the Johto journey. Whether you’re a long-time fan of the series or just discovering the game, Pokémon Crystal is an essential part of the Pokémon legacy.
